Legal professionals, courts and caseworkers

  • Expert Witness Report

A full expert report on Kuwait-specific country conditions, risk on return and the factual framework of an asylum or protection claim — political persecution, citizenship withdrawal, statelessness, sectarian discrimination, returnee risk, and the human rights of women and minorities.

  • Preliminary Opinion Letter

A short, signed opinion on whether Kuwait evidence can support the case, and on which questions — before a full report is commissioned. It helps decide whether to instruct, frames the instructing questions, and supports an application for legal aid or other funding.

  • COI Report

A shorter country-of-origin evidence report answering a defined set of factual questions, from the same primary sources as a full expert report — for example risk of persecution or tribal reprisal on return, availability of state protection, internal relocation within Kuwait, and risk from having claimed asylum abroad.

  • Nationality and Background Assessment

Interviews and research to assess a client's claimed Kuwaiti nationality or Bidoon identity — cultural knowledge, local references, tribal affiliation and social customs.

  • Document Consistency Assessment

An assessment of a Kuwaiti document against the known formats, security features, issuing procedures and terminology of documents of its type and period — stating what is consistent, what is not, and the limits of the assessment. It does not authenticate the document: only the issuing authority can.

  • CPIN Rebuttal

Structured addenda and rebuttal reports on the UK Home Office's Country Policy and Information Notes and other official country assessments of Kuwait — gaps, outdated sources and mischaracterisations.

  • Opposing Expert Report Review

A critical review of the other side's Kuwait expert evidence — method, sources, independence, and whether each opinion stays within the expert's own expertise — to support written questions, cross-examination or a reply report.

  • Kuwaiti Law Opinion

Expert evidence of Kuwaiti law for courts, tribunals and arbitrations outside Kuwait, where foreign law must be proved as a fact — nationality, family and personal status, commercial, company and criminal law, with every source relied on.

  • Red Notice Assessment

Evaluation of politically motivated INTERPOL Red Notices against Kuwaiti nationals, with direct experience of challenging notices before the Commission for the Control of INTERPOL's Files (CCF) under Articles 2 and 3 of the INTERPOL Constitution.

  • Oral Testimony

Live expert evidence at a hearing — before the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (UK) and higher courts, in person or by video link.

  • Legal Interpreting

Interpreting between Arabic (including Kuwaiti dialect) and English for courts, tribunals, arbitrations, legal consultations and immigration and asylum interviews.

  • Certified Translation

Certified translation of Kuwaiti legal and official documents between Arabic and English — civil records, court judgments, identity and nationality documents, contracts.

  • Document Attestation and Legalisation

Arranging the notarisation, Ministry of Foreign Affairs attestation and consular legalisation of Kuwaiti documents for use abroad, and of foreign documents for use in Kuwait.

  • Mediation

Mediation of commercial, family and cross-border disputes with a Kuwaiti dimension, by a mediator who knows the parties' legal and cultural context.

  • Expert Determination

A binding determination by an independent expert of a technical, valuation or accounting question in a Kuwait-related dispute, where the parties agree to one.

  • Human Intelligence (HUMINT) & Field Verification

Lawful, discreet enquiries on the ground in Kuwait to check facts that records alone cannot — whether an address, event, arrest, detention or public record exists as described — reported with how each finding was obtained, for use alongside expert evidence. No deception, and nothing outside Kuwaiti or data protection law.

  • Political Risk & Policy Advisory

Assessment of the political, regulatory and reputational risk of engaging with Kuwait, with strategic advice on government policy, regulatory change and institutional relationships.

  • Kuwait Intelligence Retainer

Ongoing monitoring of named individuals, entities or sectors in Kuwait, with a written briefing each month and an alert whenever something material changes — sanctions, nationality withdrawals, court decisions or regulation.

Expert commentary on Kuwait for broadcasters and publications, and speakers for conferences, seminars and private briefings.

  • Academic and Peer Review

Kuwait specialists for thesis examination, assessment panels and peer review of research and publications.

Training or a briefing on Kuwait designed around one organisation's work, delivered by a verified Register expert.

  • Human Intelligence (HUMINT) & Field Verification

Lawful, discreet enquiries on the ground in Kuwait to verify what documents and databases cannot — that a business operates where and as it says, who is behind it, and how it is regarded locally — reported with how each finding was obtained. No deception, and nothing outside Kuwaiti or data protection law.
